Upright shaft impact crusher
PCL Upright shaft impact crusher is a new type crushing equipment developed in line with theory of Barmac impact crusher by our technical department, which has many years' experience developing powder equipment. It can be applied in fine crushing of all kinds of ores, and has replaced traditional equipment, such as hammer breaker, roll crusher and rod mill. Under the circumstance of China promoting comprehensive riverway treatment, shorter and shorter sand resource, and stronger and stronger environment protection consciousness, PCL Upright shaft impact crusher has become mainstream equipment in sand making industry.

Work principle
PCL Upright shaft impact crusher is composed of feed bin, distributor, swirl crushing cavity, impeller, main shaft assembly, base, gearing device and electric engine. Its work principle: Material enters crusher by feed bin, and is divided into two parts by distributors; Part of it through space between distributors enters impeller rotating at high speed, which may reach several hundred times of acceleration of gravity, and is cast out from interval channel around impeller at the speed of 60-75m/s; Firstly it is crushed with some material free fallen around distributors, then stricken to lining plate of swirl cavity, bounced by material lining plate and burst to top of swirl cavity; Then the movement direction changes again to downward, and thus material shot out from impeller channel forms constant material curtain. As a result, one material is bounced, rubbed and ground twice or several times inside the swirl crushing cavity. Crushed material is discharged from bottom dumping outlet. A closed path is formed by cycling sieving system. Normally, three times' cycling can crush material below 4.75mm diameter. Smart air flow self-cycling inside swirl cavity removes dust pollution.
It is noticed that overflow feeding does not need to increase power consumption and wear cost of crushers. Overflow feeding increases particle density inside crushing cavity, is able to crush more particles more efficiently and improve utilization of capacity.

Application
This product is widely applied in middle and fine crushing of all kinds of ore, cement, refractory material, aluminum oxide grog, carborundum, glass raw material and other high hard and super hard material; As well as fine crushing of water, power, road, building, cement and metal mine industry.
