Our feeder series has two types: Vibrating feeder and linear feeder. Users can adjust vibrating frequency of feeder freely so as to completely control feeding speed of stone material and ensure smooth operation of the production line.

Work principle
Vibrating feeder is mainly composed of vibrating frame, vibrator, spring, electric engine vibrating frame and electric engine. Vibrator is composed of two eccentric shafts located at certain position and a pair of meshed gears. While assembly, the two gears must be meshed according to marks; Driven by engine, two eccentric shafts rotate and generate large composite linear vibrating power to force engine to vibrate on supported spring; With this vibration as power, material slide or chuck on the trough, so as to achieving feeding by making material slide forward. When material pass sieve on trough, smaller material fall through sieve gap without entering next crushing procedure.
