This series of vibrating screen trajectory showed circumference, and is devoted to the design of stone quarries screening, but also for coal preparation, mineral processing, building materials, electrical and chemical products sector to do with grading.

Working principle:
YK-1548 round vibrating screen regards the screen case vibrator as quality (m), seeing metal spiral spring as spring component C and vibrator as vibrating system. ( See Pic1). Its motor drives the vibrator by axis connector. High speed of eccentric pieces generates centrifugal which makes screen size running continuously. The material is throwen on tilt screen face.

Application
This series of machine is specialized in screening stone, selecting coal and ores, construction etc.

Reliable operation, long life expectancy; The flow can be changed and controlled by adjusting vibrator. Vibration motor is the source of vibrator, low electricity consumption and low noise; Simple structure, convenient installation, small volume, light weight.
