The cone crusher is applicable for crushing various rocks and ores with medium hardness. It is of reliable structure, high efficiency, convenient adjustment and economical operation. Its spring assurance system is overload protection device, which can keep the machine from damaging by sending the metallic material through crushing chamber. This overload protection device applies two sealed method: Drying oil or water. It can separate lubricating oil and stone powder and ensure the reliable running of the machine. The crushing chamber is up to the application of ores. The standard one is applicable for middle crushing, the middle one is for fine crushing and the short-head one is for super fine crushing.

Working principle
When cone crusher start working, the motor is rotated by belt or axis connector. Shaft and cone part are rotated around fixed one under the pressure of eccentric sleeve. It makes crushing chamber of cone crusher close to or leave the surface of which is fixed on the adjustment cover. The ores are impacted, squeezed and bended continuously in crushing chamber.
The spring assurance system works when the material which is hard to break go through crushing chamber or the machine is overloaded for some reason. The material can be discharged if the outlet is enlarged. In case of the material is stuffed, the outlet can be enlarged by cleaning chamber system. The outlet can be automatically resumed under the role of spring and the machine can work normally. This series of crusher is divided into three kinds: Rough cone crusher, middle cone crusher and fine cone crusher.
